1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sparklingfemalepower.com and the digital spaces, content and membership features offered under the Sparkling Female Power brand (together, the “Service”). By creating or using a space, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is currently an early preview. Features, account functions and payment options may be tested or introduced gradually. We will not charge you unless you actively choose a paid plan through a checkout that clearly states the price and that your order carries a payment obligation.
Mandatory rights granted to consumers under Swedish or other applicable law always take priority over any conflicting part of these terms.
2. What Sparkling Female Power provides
The Service offers motivational and reflective digital content such as Today's Power, short written or audio pep talks, images, daily challenges, journal prompts, saved items and guided journeys. Content may be organised around confidence, love, work, motivation and difficult days.
Some content is available in a Free space. Other content may require Premium access. The content library changes over time: new material may be added, replaced, updated or retired to keep the experience relevant and useful.
The current member preview stores your profile, preferences, saved items and journal reflections locally in your browser on your device. It is not yet a permanent cloud account and may not follow you to another device. Clearing browser data, changing browser or losing the device may remove this local information.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and use the Service for personal, lawful purposes. Paid Premium membership is intended for people aged 18 or over. A person under 18 may only enter into a paid subscription with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Younger users should use the free wellbeing content with appropriate adult guidance.
You are responsible for keeping access to your device and any future account secure. Please tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
4. Plans, prices and automatic renewal
Prices presented to consumers include applicable VAT unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. A promotional or founding-member price may be limited by time, number of members or other conditions shown with the offer.
When payments launch, your chosen payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period. A monthly plan renews every month. A yearly plan renews every year. The exact amount, billing interval, trial terms and next renewal price will be displayed immediately before you confirm the purchase and in the purchase confirmation.
You authorise recurring charges only when you complete a paid checkout. A failed payment may lead to a new payment attempt, a request to update your payment method, or temporary suspension of Premium access. We do not store complete card numbers.
5. Free space and Premium preview
The Free space is offered without a subscription fee and may include a limited daily selection and limits on saved content. We may adjust the Free offering, but we will never turn a free preview into a paid plan without your active order.
The current seven-day Premium preview is a demonstration only. No card is requested, no payment is taken and access does not automatically become a paid subscription. If a payment-linked trial is introduced later, its duration, price after the trial and renewal date will be stated before you begin it.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Cancellation of future renewal
Once paid subscriptions are active, you may cancel future renewal at any time through the customer portal or our Withdrawal & cancellation page. Unless applicable law or the checkout says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period and Premium access remains available until then.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers who enter into a contract online normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the service agreement is concluded. You do not need to give a reason. You may exercise this right through our online withdrawal function or by another clear message that identifies you and the agreement.
If you expressly ask us to begin providing a service during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, we may, where permitted by law, charge a proportionate amount for the part already provided. For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal can only be lost in the circumstances permitted by law and after the required express consent and acknowledgement. Any such choice will be shown separately at checkout rather than hidden in these terms.
Refunds and faults
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Your statutory rights remain available if paid digital content or the Service is faulty, unavailable for an unreasonable period, or materially different from what was promised. Contact us so we can first try to correct the issue.
7. Content, licence and acceptable use
Text, audio, visual material, design, branding, collections and other Service content are owned by or licensed to Sparkling Female Power and are protected by intellectual-property law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the content inside the Service for your own non-commercial wellbeing and reflection.
You may save or share content only where the Service provides that function or where we have clearly given permission. You may not copy substantial parts of the library, resell content, remove ownership notices, scrape the Service, share paid access, attempt to bypass access controls, upload harmful material or use the Service to violate another person's rights.
Your journal reflections remain yours. In the current preview they stay on your device. If future cloud journal storage is introduced, separate information will explain storage and controls before it is enabled.
8. Wellbeing content is not healthcare
Sparkling Female Power offers general motivation, reflection and everyday encouragement. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, employment or financial advice and it does not diagnose, prevent or treat any condition. Content is not a substitute for qualified professional care.
If you are worried about your mental or physical health, contact an appropriate qualified professional. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; in Sweden, call 112.
9. Availability, changes and responsibility
We aim to keep the Service reliable and safe, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
We may make reasonable changes to features or content. If a change materially reduces an ongoing paid service, we will provide information in advance where required and respect any right you have to terminate. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated misuse, security threats or non-payment.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, choices made solely in reliance on general motivational content, or loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is handled, why it is used, where the current journal is stored and the rights available to you. Privacy is part of the Service, not an afterthought.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new features, payment methods or legal requirements. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes affecting a paid membership will be communicated in a reasonable way before they take effect. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under mandatory law.
12. Service provider and getting help
Sparkling Female Power is the brand operating this Service. The registered company name, organisation number, postal address and customer-service contact for the legal seller will be inserted here and displayed at checkout before paid subscriptions are activated.
For cancellation, withdrawal or another customer request, use our online request function. We aim to resolve concerns directly and fairly. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved, you may have the right to refer it to the competent public alternative-dispute-resolution body. Swedish law applies, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
